Unfortunately, it does not solve the problem. So, I am trying out Method 2 now. It is only then I realized the lack of info I’ve posted here regarding to my issue.
FYI, my current version is Windows 10 Home version I can provide more information like my. The only restore point I have is the restore point I created today 14th July before I post this question in the forum. And obviously, this restore point was already way too far late from the day this issue happened. In fact, the first solution that came to my mind and I tried when I find out this ‘welcome screen stucking issue’ was this system restoring method.
But unfortunately at that time, I can’t restore to any point of time before the issue occur as there were already no usable restore point available during that time. Unless you have an issue with version 21H1, the Media Creation Tool should still work by upgrading your system to 21H1.
I have found that despite what the internet say’s you can use the MCT to perform upgrades on systems a version or two previous. Choose where you want to search below Search Search the Community.
