It is best to not use a driver updating utility to update your drivers, the only place you should get drivers is from the support page for your PC or Windows 10 updates, which should automatically update your drivers. Is there any chipset or BIOS updates available for your system on the HP support page, if so, you should install those updates. How satisfied are you with this reply?
